The Danforth offers an Assisted Living Program for residents requiring additional services that provide skilled nursing services and therapy. The Assisted Living Program (ALP) is licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health. ALP provides the following services which are determined by individual case management assessment.

Meals
The ALP program provides a variety of cycled menus and snacks including: - Hot lunch with meat, fish, or pasta entree accompanied by potato, vegetable, roll, dessert, and beverages
- Morning snack
- Afternoon snack
- Specialized diets as prescribed by physician.
Personal Care Assistance
Aides are available to assist with personal care needs such as: - Feeding assistance
- Bathing assistance
- Grooming assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Beautician and barber services
- Dementia care and supervision
Activities
Our structured activities program creates a simulating and nuturing environment and fosters a sense of community. Activities include: - Exercise program

Skilled Nursing Services
The Danforth Adult Day Care Center is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide a variety of nursing services through our Licensed Home Care Services Agency. Our team of Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides are able to deliver the following:
- Skilled Nursing

- Injectable Medications
- Application of sterile dressings
- Wound care
